Tactix provides training in desktop software, technical training in Internet web based applications, networking, Microsoft Certified Courseware, Certification programs, IBM Websphere, Project Management, Application Development,  Mainframe technical training, and Professional Development classes.  Tactix provides EVENT MANAGEMENT services with class room rentals for both meetings and training requests.

All training experiences ensure customer satisfaction. If a student is not satisfied with the training, you will not be invoiced for our services. Tactix prides itself on accomplishing your goals every time.

Retraining
Everyone learns differently. With this in mind, Tactix offers retraining in any course that a student may feel is necessary for no charge. However, without the original course materials, there is an additional charge. This offer is valid for any end user desktop course taken through Tactix.

Help Desk
Tactix offers free telephone and e-mail support to every student who has a need for extra assistance with any topics covered in the courses they have attended. Our staff will help them through any difficulties in applying their new skills.

Class Time
Classes typically follow a time schedule of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with one hour for lunch. There are also two short breaks, one before and after lunch. Individual instruction is available for students between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. at no additional charge.

Scheduling
Our schedule reflects anticipated course activity and pre-scheduled courses. We encourage our customers to call us if they have an internal request for a course not on the schedule. Tactix can quickly respond to unscheduled course requests. If you need a course we offer, we can meet your needs. All courses are invoiced at the time of registration; payments are expected prior to the scheduled class.

Cancellation Policy
When students have been confirmed in a scheduled course, their place is reserved in our classroom. Our cancellation policy is designed to accommodate unexpected events for our customers.

Cancellation of class may occur up to one (1) week prior to begin of class.  Cancellation after the 1-week dead line will be treated as a ‘no show’.  Books will be ordered 1-week prior to beginning of class. All no-show students will still be expected to pay 100% of their registration fee.

             Rescheduling:

Should a student need to reschedule a class after the 1-week cancellation period, we will forward the student their book and invoice them for the cost of the book and the postage to ship it.  The student is responsible for bringing their book to class on the rescheduled date.

            Signing up after Cancellation date:

Should a student want to join a class after the 1-week cancellation date, and the class still has spaces available, the student will be added to the class with the following stipulation.  A book will be ordered and an invoice will be sent for the additional cost of shipping.  Should a book not be able to arrive until after the class has completed, a copy of the book will be made for use in class.  When the book arrives it will be forwarded to the student with an invoice for the extra shipping charge.

            No Shows:

If a student does not show up for class an invoice will be sent as if they did attend.  Their book will be forwarded to them with an invoice for the shipping charge.

Material License Program
Tactix course materials are offered on a yearly lease basis. This offering is designed for companies who maintain internal training programs and have the need for materials to be used by their own instructor staff. Tactix maintains our copyright, but our customers are provided the materials on disk media to allow for reproduction and further customizing.
