TACTIX Consulting Group, Inc. is a diverse professional services firm formed by professionals with many years experience in each division of Tactix that we created.  TACTIX is located at 11353 Reed Hartman Highway, Suite 201, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45241 in Blue Ash in the Reed Hartman tower.   The company is certified as a woman owned small business through the City of Cincinnati small business program. Our existing customer base consists of over 300 companies from all over the United States and International locations. TACTIX currently has a diverse staff of consultants and employees with expertise in a wide variety of technologies.  As a small company, we fully understand the level of competition we face in the Information Technology consulting business.

We are also very sensitive to the expectations of our current and future customers. Our employees are recruited, screened, and selected based on their ability to properly represent the principles upon which TACTIX was founded. Each employee must possess strong business and technical skills.  Every employee understands the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction. We recruit locally and nationally through our internet presence, consistent referrals, advertisement in our e-newsletters, and through an outsourcing recruiting agreement. TACTIX offers an organizational structure comprised of two divisions to manage our services and products. This allows us to offer total solutions, as well as to increase company strength by creating multiple revenue sources. Our Consulting Services Division handles the entire contract IT solutions, staffing and fixed priced projects, and recruiting services for clients. Our T&E Division handles the selling of electronic white boards, instructor led and elearning for both Technical and Professional Development/Soft Skills training.  With proudly hold a contract with Homeland Security to provide all the testing services needed for new employees.  We handle five other contracts to provide Proctoring services.  Classroom rental is another area that is constantly growing as customers handle customized internal training and do not have onsite classrooms. This year we are going through a new branding and separating the two divisions into their own identities with separate websites.  We will still remain one company but new websites will be released in the new future because of our growth and recognition issues with many different types of customers and industries.

Tactix started by offering IT services to the commercial business world. By the end of 1993 we created a thriving and profitable business.  Starting in 1994 Tactix launched the Tactix Training and Education Division. We have expanded our course offerings every year to offer more areas of instruction and choice. We offer Training in the areas of Human Resources and Management development, Desktop productivity software, and highly technical networking and programming training. Courses are offered in multiple formats including instructor led, and e-learning formats and can be delivered in a blended learning format. We continue to add new programs yearly in order to meet the customer demand for more programs. Professional development or soft skills soon became another request from our clients and we have large offerings of courses that will bring business skills to your employees to ensure a great return on your investment with those employees.

Then web based training or elearning became the next request and we again delivered. Now we have added our first physical product by adding electronic white boards with our training to our offerings. This year is looking very promising and we are expecting good growth in profits, revenues, and staff by the end of the calendar year.
