Software Instructors and Training Consultants

Tactix's trainers are reliable, honest and ethical in every sense. They communicate with everyone in a timely manner when sharing important information. They keep their commitments.

Major Responsibilities

  • Be a team player and expect your peers to be team oriented
  • Facilitate and deliver technical training to both end-users and highly technical audiences
  • Prepare for new classes by learning both the software and the course materials
  • Keep your classroom functional and clean
  • Create a monthly status report of activities, goals and concerns
  • Attend a weekly instructor meeting during lunch time
  • Attend formal company events  

Skills

  • Arrive at work allowing proper time to begin classes on schedule
  • Edit existing course presentation
  • Continue to develop presentation style for all audiences
  • Promote Tactix capabilities in both training and consulting services
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork for course delivery and closure

Support

  • Provide needs analysis or assessments for our customers when requested
  • Provide sales support when necessary
  • Provide technical development for short term projects as requested
  • Anything else that needs to be done to insure that Tactix training and education is the best it can be
