Tactix Consulting Group – Conference, Meeting, Testing and Classroom Rental  Program 

 

Tactix has nine conference, meeting, testing and classroom style training rooms of various sizes to accommodate groups of up to 80 people with a maximum of 22 workstations in our largest room. Most of our rooms can be set up in a variety of ways depending upon the needs of the meeting and room capacity. The lobby/reception area can be used for registration or for greeting guests. A buffet service area is available for food service.


Because we customize every room reservation and event the pricing will vary based on the requirements of each request.  The typical price ranges and services are listed below.  Just call 513.333.4140 ext. 211 and we will configure your price quote based on your exact needs.  We will be sure you get no less than what you need and no extra charges for things you don’t need in the pricing.

 

 

Classrooms

 

Ø     All have tables and chairs for various set up requirements

Ø     There are nine rooms that vary in size for up to 6 people to a maximum of 20 when configured for workstation classrooms.

Ø     If theater seating is selected our largest room can hold up to 50 people.

Ø     If conference room style is selected our largest room can hold up to 25 people.

Ø     Room rates range from $300.00 to $1850.00 daily depending on the type of request

Ø     All rooms have standard equipment for training and meetings

Ø     Telephones are available 

 

Internet

Internet access is available through a T1 connection and a “Wi-Fi” connection.  There is no additional charge for internet access.  We must know in advance that you will require internet access.

 

PC Workstations 

There is a $10.50 per person set up charge for each PC required.  We have 70 workstations.

 

Software

Software selection, normally we have what you need in terms of software.  If we don’t then you will need to supply us with the software and the installation expertise if necessary.  Normally, there is not any charge for the software that we have through our partnership programs with Microsoft, Linux, and other vendors.

 

Parking

       There is plenty of parking available at no additional charge.

      

       Kitchen

       We have a fully equipped kitchen available.

 

Continental Breakfast (optional)

Danish, donuts, fruit, and juice will be added to the typical morning coffee and tea selections.  Prices range from $3.00 to $5.00 per person.


Catering (optional)
Tactix has a preferred caterer that is used for all functions held on-site. The caterer uses the finest quality ingredients and features salads, cold trays, and hot food items made from scratch. A standard menu is available. We can help you choose menus that are right for special dietary needs and your budget.  Prices usually range between $9.50 and $15.00 per person depending on your selections.


Beverages

Coffee, Tea, Water, and Soda’s are available throughout the day for no additional charge.

 

Administrative Support

Administrative support services are available throughout the day for a rate of $20.00 per hour.  We charge a minimum of 1 hour per day when these services are utilized. Services may include coping, faxing, general admin support, etc.

      

Audio/Visual Equipment
All rooms have computer stations connections, projectors, VCRs, and DVD players. Standard classroom equipment is in place.  Whiteboards, tables, chairs, workstations, audio and visual projection systems, flip charts, markers, erasers, etc. are available in all rooms.


Network Support Services

On site services for special requirements from our network services are available.  Our Network Service rates are $65.00 per hour.  There is a minimum charge of 3 hours daily when requested.

 

Hotels

       Special rates with local hotels are available.

 

Local Restaurants (lunch and/or dinner off site)

There are plenty of fast food and upscale restaurants within 2-3 miles of our facility.  We will provide a restaurant map for your attendee’s upon request

 

Scheduling
Rooms can be scheduled up to six months in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests; however, room reservations are based on availability.  Please contact us to discuss scheduling a room for your next event.  Tours are available upon request.
